At Thrift Pony, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, but we understand that sometimes the fit isn't perfect. We offer returns for store credit on all eligible items within 14 days of delivery to ensure your wardrobe always feels fresh.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Thrift Pony tags are still attached and the garments are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card to your email for the full purchase price minus shipping costs.
