Every piece at Thrift Pony undergoes a rigorous inspection. We categorize items as New With Tags, Excellent (no visible wear), or Good (minor signs of use), all of which are detailed in the product descriptions.
When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
What is your return policy for vintage items?
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of secondhand fashion, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or was significantly misrepresented, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
Are the clothes laundered before being listed?
Yes, all garments are professionally cleaned or steamed before being photographed and stored in our climate-controlled facility to ensure they arrive fresh at your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Thrift Pony ships to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
How can I ensure the item will fit me?
Since vintage sizing varies greatly from modern brands, we provide exact flat-lay measurements (bust, waist, hips, and length) for every garment in the product description.
